2013 Health Goals

My wife and I agreed with my doctors (as though they know something) that I need to take greater responsibility for my health.  This involves a change in my sedentary & repetitive lifestyle.  I sit at a desk for ~8 hours, 5 or 6 days out of 7; a sizable portion with a headset on, in meetings.  When I leave work I tend to feel drained (who got into technology so that they could go to meetings for hours on end?) and I find it challenging to focus.  My awesome wife also has some of similar desires to work on her fitness although she’s way more in shape than am I.
